These Terms govern your use of the EVolution hub platform, operated by Boolean Array Canada. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the EVolution hub platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Who We Are
The EVolution hub is operated by Boolean Array Canada ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of our website at theevolutionhub.com and all associated services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility & Accounts
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting lead forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Dealer Accounts
Dealer accounts require valid business registration and compliance with our Dealer Partner Agreement. Dealers represent that they hold all required licenses to sell or lease vehicles in their operating jurisdiction.
Permitted Use of the Platform
Consumer Use
Consumers may use the Platform to research electric vehicles, use the AI matching tool, scan lease documents, and connect with dealers. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.
Dealer Use
Registered dealers may access the Dealer Hub to manage leads, view analytics, and configure their dealer profile. Dealer use is governed by the applicable subscription tier and Dealer Partner Agreement.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform; (b) reverse-engineer any AI or matching algorithms; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) use the Platform to harass, spam, or defraud other users; (e) circumvent any access controls or security measures; (f) use automated tools to submit lead forms or create accounts.
EV Matching & AI Services
Informational Purpose Only
Vehicle recommendations, total cost of ownership (TCO) estimates, and AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or purchasing advice.
Accuracy Disclaimer
Vehicle data, pricing, and availability are sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect real-time market conditions. Always verify details directly with the dealer before making any purchasing decision.
Lease Scanner
The Lease Vision OCR Scanner extracts data from uploaded documents using AI. Extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying all extracted information against the original document.
Lead Submissions & Dealer Connections
Consent to Contact
By submitting a lead form, you consent to be contacted by the matched dealer(s) via the contact information you provide. This may include phone calls, emails, and text messages related to your vehicle inquiry.
No Guarantee of Transaction
The Platform facilitates introductions between consumers and dealers. We do not guarantee that any vehicle will be available, that pricing will match estimates, or that a transaction will be completed.
Dealer Responsibility
Dealers are independent businesses. Boolean Array Canada is not responsible for the conduct, representations, or actions of dealers in our network. Any disputes arising from a vehicle transaction are between you and the dealer.
Subscriptions & Payments
Dealer Subscriptions
Dealer access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Lead Credits
Some dealer tiers use a lead credit system. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits expire 12 months from purchase date.
Cancellation & Refunds
Dealer subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership
All content, features, algorithms, and functionality of the Platform — including the EV matching engine, Lease Scanner, and Dealer Hub — are owned by Boolean Array Canada and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
User Content
By submitting content to the Platform (such as dealer profile information), you grant Boolean Array Canada a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content to operate the Platform.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
As-Is Service
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boolean Array Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
